I spent 3 nights here and liked that. The hotel was wonderful relaxing and fairly clean with a superb bar. The breakfast offered lots of food and was plentiful. Though the bed was not comfy, it was enjoyable stay. Some of the staff members were very very helpful and caring. This venue was set in a very central area next to tram which was a bonus, cable cars and shops...
The staff was quite busy.

Brilliant and pleasant place, I loved accommodating personnel.
The hotel was spacious with an amazing and brilliant location near restaurants, the beach and the centre of Llandundno. The room was new-fashioned with fabulous views, seaview, as for instance and the overall experience was such wonderful. The service was good, the food was fabulous. Irish bar was lovely.

Staying in a room with a garden view provided a nice touch of greenery, while the clean ensuite had complimentary toiletries that felt fresh. The Victorian architecture of the place adds a unique charm.
Reaching the room meant tackling five flights of stairs, which could be taxing if you're not in the best shape, especially with a steep hill leading to the entrance. Parking is tricky, as spaces are limited in a dead-end street. Once you're parked, it's wise to stay put. The radiator remained stubbornly on at night, made the room a bit warm, though I could crack a window. Some amenities felt a bit neglected. A broken four-poster bed frame and missing saucers for tea cups didn't quite meet expectations. No fire safety information was visible, which could help in case of emergencies.

The views from the dining room are lovely, allowing guests to take in the beauty of the seafront while enjoying breakfast, which includes a good variety of options. The room, though clean and nicely decorated, felt a bit worn, and it's worth noting that sash windows are low and very accessible for small children, so supervision is necessary.

Fine sea views, Historic architectural features, Charm of communal areas
Room decor needs a refresh!!! Thin walls allow every conversation to intrude on privacy, and the tight parking situation creates hassle for arrivals and departures!!!

The hotel provided an amazing sea view from our room. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the kids loved the freshly cooked options, especially the pancakes!
For dads, it would be great if the curtains were thicker.

The breathtaking sea view from our quadruple room was truly memorable! The only downside was the cramped parking situation. 😅

The hotel boasts stunning sea views and friendly staff, enhancing the overall charm. The lack of a lift makes it unsuitable for those with mobility issues, and parking can be quite limited. Still, the breakfast selection is good, making the experience enjoyable.
